Cosmic thermoset materials meet standards of Mil-M-14, ASTM D5948-05, UL-746, UL-94 and most major aerospace and electronic specifications. These products can be molded at 300 to 350°F. and 500 to 8000 psi. Properly cured parts show excellent dimensional stability, as well as good electrical and physical properties.

DAP

Cosmic DAP molding compounds possess superior electronic insulation, even under the most adverse environmental conditions. These compounds are easy to mold and have no outgassing. They can be molded in compression, transfer, or injection equipment.
