Cosmic Plastics Inc. specializes in high technology thermoset materials including Diallyl Phthalates (DAP), Epoxies, Alkyds, EMI Shieldings and Conductive materials. Since 1960, Cosmic's specially formulated materials have proven their reliability in important applications for the defense, aerospace, electrical and electronic industries.
Our Products
Cosmic thermoset materials meet standards of Mil-M-14, ASTM D5948-96, UL-746, UL-94 and most major aerospace and electronic specifications. These products can be molded at 300 to 380 degree F. and 250 to 1000 psi. Properly cured parts show excellent dimensional stability, as well as good electrical and physical properties.
